Edward Herbeck's artwork is a collection of contemporary traditional landscapes. Concentrating on hand-colored stone / plate lithographs and copperplate etchings Herbeck creates works seeking a quiet realism. The prints are endearing originals. Inspired by landscape images, every work is produced using traditional methods and hand-printed on the best acid-free fine art print papers. All of Herbeck's works are created using archival standards to endure time and bring the art collector years of enjoyment. His works are an heirloom of distinction that will be passed from generation to generation.
Herbeck received his MFA from the University of Notre Dame, where he studied painting and printmaking. He is an adjunct professor at North Central College, Naperville, Illinois, teaching drawing and printmaking. His work is represented throughout the United States and is in numerous private and corporate collections, including AT&T, United Airlines, Archer Daniels Midland, Oppenheimer, U.S. State Department, Fidelity Management Research Company, Bellagio Casino and Hotel.
